I presume that your question is with accord to Hindu Law, Hindu succession Act and if theirs a intestate succession, such property devolves to all legal heirs for those, who has an interest in such shares of the said property connections, as such a case, then court of law shall presumes, considers to distribute it by implying rules of tenants-in-common, or equal shares to all legal heirs in connections with respect to losses, profits through fair distribution.
