Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
can a person make a will only relating his ownership property,& other finance & jewelery if he mentions at the later stage. what will be the validity of the will relating the ownership flat.

the will is valid even if made for all properties or some of properties. Only the property must be self acquired.
