physical assault

my brother does social service in area.last friday my brother complaint for 1 veg hawker near our lane which was fined by police n take to police station.but the ocal bad people came to my brother asking why he had complaint for the veg hawker my brother said its illegal but those local people said they had allowed tht guy to sit with veg hawker, so my brother said thats illegal so they abused n gave bad words than my brother gone to police station filed NC.but while returning to home those local goons attack my brother so to protect my brother we 4 of his own brothers came in so we all was attacked we filed NC again.next day again 1 person in the vening time came and thrown stone on ur building giving using slang languages again we filed NC its 3 NC now with local police station.Now i need advice after 3 NC now what steps we should take as opposite people now want settelment out of poilice...

settle the dispute, if possible, out of court/police.

You can request police that you co not have any complaints against the accused and wants to witdraw your NCs. Though, before withdrawing NCs you should be sure that the goons are not playing a foul play against you and your brothers.
