Dear Sir,

Mere averments made thro' "pleadings generally", cannot be setforth for act of defamation in the court of law proceedings; any matters can be alleged thro' counsels at their liberties, Ok ?

Thank You,

Kind Regards. Sanjay K. Dixit, Advocate,
