plaintiff file an application iun the court of civil judge,delhi.Defendent is a pvt institute approved by govt of india. at the time of resignation plaintiff did not give one month prior notice as per condition in appointment letter. prior to his resignation the pvt institute did not give the salary any of his employees for two months.plaintiff ask for two months salary with leave earned money and p.f, plaintiff cross examined by defendent counsel, plaintiff call 3 witness from the defendent institute but owner of the institute denying to send

institute cannot stop its employees from deposition before the court.

However, you should be doubly sure if such employees would support your stand
