i am planing to buy a land in electronic city but the land is in hitech zone. can it be converted to commercial land for that what should be done plz help me thanks in advance

Dear Sir,
Presuming that you actually planing to buy an agricultural land, then first convert it into non-agricultural land through making an aelination of such land (converting it to sites for, to build buildings). Please contact local your revenue officer or Deputy District Commissioner for the same in that jurisdiction that you're planning to buy, Ok ?
