Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
what is the position of the cheque returned with reason "party deceased and funds insufficient" . Are the legal heirs of the deceased drawer liable for the cheque amount if they do not have any knowledge of the cheque transaction with the complainant and the deceased drawer.
