Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
is it necessary to present before Judge in civil matters, while our lawyer is not asking us to present. what is critaria if we do not present.

the presence is necessary in case the matter is fixed for evidence. otherwise the presence is not necessary unless specifically directed by the court.

However, that does not mean that if you want to go and attend the proceedings, you cannot do so. You can always attend the proceedings every time the matter is fixed
