Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
what is the procedure to club the civil court cases related with same issue,is there an application to be given for clubbing the cases,if yes then to whom?

if the cases are in two different courts, then the application under section 24cpc to the district judge of that district where the two cases are. But if they are in same court, then, under section 151 to that very court. If they are in two different districts, the High court alone will have the power to club. If they are in two different states, then supreme court will have the power to transfer one of it to the other state.
