Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i was promoted as professor in september2003 in ap medical education dept. and worked till june 2005 when the govt. reverted me to the previous post following apat.order.since then the govt. has not been responding to my many representations against this injustice and how to make the govt.to see justice in my plea and issue orders in my favour as i am to retire shortly?acivil appeal 5580 of the year 2001 is pending in supeme court and against this backdrop it is acting in its own wisdom leading to injustice to people like me.please advise.

If your appeal is pending and if and when it get decided in your favour, you will get the arrears of salary.
You will have to file your case after notice while awaiting the Supreme Court judgment which you say is relevant to your facts.
