sir a land aqier by lease deed in deed clerly mantion this land use only for religios purpous for staying pilgrims sant only hindu free stey and lease holder signe on it by a purson who was his authorised reg.attorny holder in 1915 at this time trust act 1882 is in power can i proov this property is religious property [this property is mantion in municpil record dharamshala and ricive discount in house tex ] in witch law i can chelenge the sale of said property or cancil the sale deed witch is reg.few month befor by dependent of lease holder

Under specific relief Act i.e. by way of declaratory suit.
