Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My property was encrouched by nighbour almost 12 year back. I have filed a suit in the local civil court at the same time. But as I was not in the state for a long time ,could'nt make consistant follow up and the case was dismissed almost 4 year back.
please let me know whether I can re-activate the case in the court now.

You can still revive your suit after convincing the court with your valid reason(s) of your absence for 4 years.
