Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Hi My has property inherited from his grand father. Now my fathers sister claiming that property should be equally shared. But my father inherited this property in 1970 at that time there was no equal law as such that need give 50% to daughters also.
My question is will it be valid case ? as my father has already inherited this property as per the laws existing that time. Please advise.

Dear Sir,
If you're father already been partitioned earlier through his father legally, and if he possess
any legal partition deed signed by your grand-father, or through any means of judicial decree in respect to partition, then you do not have to give any shares to the subsequent female heirs as said by you. But said was not a case, this female heirs are at their liberty to demand shares through court of law, ok ?
