Property right

My mother are 3 brothers and 2 sisters. My grand parents have died. (1)how much right does the sisters have in the total property. (2) how to get this property as the brothers are not willing to part with and the property is in their possession (3) the brothers in the past have got signature of my mother and sister on some document of which the brothers claim that sisters have given the right of that property

The situation warrants filing of civil suit for share in property and declaration of the so signed deed as forged.

If the property was ancestral property then your mother and all her sisters will be entitled to 1/28 share in the propery.

If the property is not ancestral then your mother and all her sisters will be entitled to 1/7 share in the property.

your mother and sisters will get share in the property they can file for declaration that the document was fradulently signed

your mother has equal right in the property. file case for declaration that the documents are forged and file suit for partition.
