Property ownership

I had taken a flat in a 14 dwelling apartment through a builder in chennai duly UDS registered,against the laon from ICICI bank and since the bank had writtne to the builder not to give the possession to me as the uds document is not available hence i had moved the consumer forum against the builder and the bank in July 2008 and it is pending for disposal meantime the builder had given the possession to the other co-owners during July 2008 and an association had been formed and the association had put a name board effecting the names of the owners beside the flat numbers in which my name also appears beside my flat number. Last week ie 23.2.09 the name was changed to be read as ''Ref.ICICI Bank'' beside to my flat number. what action should i have to take? Should i have to charge the Association office bearers or the builder, since i am not aware who had done it? please help

You may file an application in the pending case before the consumer forum for appropriate orders.

you can make both of them parties and charge them but before try to find out the culprit.
