when there is a provision of les pendency in transfer of property act then why the order 39 rule 1 and 2 implemented in cpc

Both the remedies are different in their nature and scope. You may need to understand the legal provisions and further developments in law based on decided cases. Broadly speaking, 39 R 1 and 2 requires protection of plaintiff's interest when there is an apprehension of 'irreparable loss and injury' which is not sina qua non for lis pendency.
