Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
What is the punishment for holding two passport in India ? If the person have not misused the passport and is there any condition if the persons wants to surrender the previous passport then what acts will be applied on him and wheater he will be penlised with imprisonment or he will be released by just paying fine in the court? The person has once traveled with that passport.

he should have surrendered the earlier passport while applying for the fresh one. however, you are advised to see a lawyer in person and explain him the situation under which u applied both the passports. you may be suggested the way out.
