Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Purchased land of 3001 sq ft x 2 persons (1550 + 1501) and builder constructed 2 houses in that and mentioned undivided land for both and registered and sold the same with the common passage. 1501 sq ft land is behind house.
Shall we do a partition deed between the two parties and register in the Sub-registrar office - is it valid and safe for both. Please advise.

Need to check the documents as any common features involved therein between the two parties or land can be partitioned are not? Then alone that can be permitted otherwise your document will be questioned.
