Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I purchased a land 5 years back from the person who got Power from another party. The First owner of the land expired, so his wife and children has signed the document. But now it looks like one more daughter of the owner did not sign the document as she was expired during that time but she has one Son. Now the Son has filed a case against me. Is it valid?
Is it not the Power owner who sold the land to me attend this case, as I have paid the full amount to him?
Please let me know the options available to get out of this.
