Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I purchased a site about 27 years back from 3 brothers(major)also signing on behalf of minor brother. It was encroached by someone through forged documents I filed a suite and it was dismissed on the ground that brother cannot act as a natural guardian of minor brother what is the scope in appeal also please help with citation. India . HRV

you may file an appeal against the order and at the same time, apply for the guardianship of the minor brother.
