I purchaser a property free hold in my name. the seller had purchased free hold on the basis of registered will his own name and mutated in L&DO and also executed convenience deed in his own name thereafter his own name but other legal heir are get status quo from court against the defendant/ seller of property to me, up to next hearing but court does not make me as a party in suit property then is it possible i start the construction on suit property with the already apply by seller for building sanction plan his own name before order status quo and also online approved building sanction plan by concerned department who demand deposit fee for sanction plan . Shall be pay demanded fee by me or defendent yes or not
