Q no. 1 --- dear sir my civil case had been dismissed & default by magistrate . I filed a restroation petition in a same court which is also rejected by magistrate .What should be my next step 1. civil appeal OR 2. revision petition.Can i move a civil revision petition in the session court.What will be limitation period for filing a revision petition in the session court OR high court.
