Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My query is regarding the registration of sale deed.
If a property is in the name of Mr.A and he expires. He leaves behind four heirs . One of the four heirs enters into a sale of his part in the property but the property still stands in the name of his father. Can and should such a sale deed be registered? Will it be considered legal?

This sale cannot be considered without consent of other 3 legal heirs when the property still stands in the name of your father and property cannot be registered. You have to check that weither your one of the legal heirs has created any false documents and selling for property.
