Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

I have a question. please advice.. i'ma freelancer and consultant who gets work from US and outsource it to vendors. I got into contract with one of the vendor for certain amount of consulting fee and support from me. and as per my instruction he never worked and he always wanted em to work according to his fusibility . He paid me half of my consulting amount and as he being friend of mine i paid the client fee from my side hoping that he would pay me that later in good faith but now he sys that we never discussed about the client fee and he would not pay me that.
In between i got married and i could not able to concentrate on my business and i intimated the same and closed the work and now need his payment as close the contract and i don't have any problem to pay him his bill for the work he has done. but he says he would not pay me my service charges and the remaining half of the consulting amount and the client fee. And he is troubling y parents every hour by calling them pestering them and blaming them as cheats. I asked him to keep everything in writing and send me mails about his concerns and questions but he stopped calling me and mailing me and go to my parents house and troubling them . They are old and they are no where concerned about my business. even though they said that they would be there as a guarantee if i don't solve his issue. he would never turn up for a meeting when ever i fix an appointment and again he blame that i'm not closing his issue. How should i deal with this and due to this my personal life is getting effected. please help

you may file a suit for recovery of your dues and for the calls and threats, you may file a complaint of criminal intimidation.
