Legal Question in Civil Litigation in

Hi this is ramesh here, in 2007 i baught a site in bangalore he has given all the documents also right now i am having khata transfered to my name and i am paying the tax also but now i have recieved a court notice for attend hearing, because the main owner hesold that site to one manager and he sold it to some engineer and thru him i baught it.

Now the thing is the main owner was having two sons and one son sighned in sale deed and by the time other son was no more but now other sons wife filed a suit that she should also get sharing in this property weather this will affect me bcause i have purchased the site from third owner of the property and is needed for me to attend for hearing

you have not state as all the three persons are owners or father is the only owner, if he is the only owner than wife has no right, if three persons are owner than you have only purchased two third share at the most, so you have to pay the thrid share as of today for the complete sale
