Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I was reading your answer on daughters inheriting property equally on lawguru.com; however, what happens if the father disowns his daughter before his death through a legal affidavit and advertisement and later after his death through a registered will? Can the daughter still claim an equal share that the father acquired?

claiming a share is different from proving a share in the alleged property. a lawyer would be able to advise you proper after going through the will and the documents.
