Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
If i have received a cheque bounce notice and if the other person who has sent me the notice has breached the agreement between both of us can i do something against him?

if the cheque was issued in advance, which he presented after he committed the breach of agreement, I assume that you were not liable on the date of presentation. If be so, you have to reply the notice and if holder of cheque still files a case for dishonour you will have to contest with defence of no liability.
