Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
we have received summon in civil matter and till today got 3 dates only, is it necessary to present before Judge in civil matters, while our lawyer is not asking us to present.

it is not necessary to be present in the court and your lawyer may handle it on his own. however, it depends which lawyer have you retained.
