Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

i have registered will in two legal heirs name with the condition of my father in law who was lessee of property recoded in L&DO and as per registered will after death of my father in law we two brother are and one my mother in law is right full owner of this peroperty and after the death of my mother in law all rights transfered automaticaly to we two brother out of five brother and registered will registered in 84 and death of both deceaced after two year and also two benificiary legal heir of registered will are died after few year but the we all legal heirs of two benicicary of registered will live in the property from 30 year and other legal heirs are not live with us from this period they are lived other place from 30 year but we filed affidavit in L&DO that deceased leave behind two legal heirs and L&DO get mutation on the ground of registerred will and free hold then we sold the properrty through sale deed but suddnly other legal heir are file partition suit on properrty and get status quo on properrty now what can i do with them ?
