Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
my relative died in accident last year.he had nominated his maternal uncle for dues in company record .his father had remarried and deserted his two children at the mercy of his maternal uncle after the death of thier mother 10 years back. .both kids were brought up and educated by his maternal uncle.now maternal uncle has written to the company that the dues may be paid to the sister of decesed .the sister is major and unmarried and still being supported by their maternal uncle. now father has claimed the dues from company .what is the position as per indian legal system
