Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
having remain in possession of a land which belonged to govt. for more than 30 yrs i have acqured right and title , i served a notice u/s 80 cpc to state to recognise my right and title over the land there was no response there after i filed a suit for declaration , now whether inaction on the part of state even after the statutary period of 60 days gives rise to a cause of action to institute suit

yes it does. but u ll have to prove before the trial court that you enjoying undisputed possession over the land since 30 years.
