no reply from managing comitee members

i am staying from last 20yrs in mumbai never defaulted in paying my maintenance charges i am staying on top floor having leakage problems but the managing comitee does take any intrest 3 times the ceiling in differnt area in my flat fall all the repair was done by myself from las 3yrs i am not paying maintence charges they also have not given my dues 6900rs were given to mny members they have given me the cheque but it was lost i have requested to adjust the amount in my maintenance charges but they have not done despite verbal requst they dont want to solve the problem i have given 7letters but no reply from them i have told in my letter that i am not a defaulter please take this matter urgently i have also mention in my letter please file suit in court immediately so i am free in this matter tey are charging me intrest on intrest 26%er month what can i do please help me .

Instead of court you could approach the registrar of coop societies.
