In registration papers if the description of premise is different from your premise then you can get this cross verify from local registrar office or approach to registrar or make a complaint there itself.

You can also file a suit in civil court of local jurisdiction with reference to showing of supporting documents like payment of tax and etc.

Dear Sir,

As you told that property tax, other tax are paid by you, then please check with local municipal authority letter or revenue authority towards that ownership of the property endorsed (like a patta certificate). And ask the sub-resgistrar to get this registered properly by the said record with you, and then also write a letter to the inspector general of registrar in this regard, and finally you can also lodge a complaint with your place land tribunal.

Do not leave the possession of such property, and have almost legal possessions with possessionery documents.

Thank You,

Kind Regards. Sanjay .K. Dixit,Advocate
