Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
In an residential apartment complex in a posh area in Chennai, the common area of the property is being misused to allow the servant's family to live , by the association president with the connivance of two more owners. The servant family is comprises of 6 adults and are loyal to these three . Since we object to this practise the members of the servant family who always float around the premises and these three flat owners are antognstic towards us .
How to manage this?
