respected sir.
my father was working in m/s ideal jawa company pvt ltd mysore since 1962.during 1994 due to companies internal problem declared lockup. after some time company workers filed a suit in karnataka high court under company act for thier due setttelment.meanwhile my father died on 1997 following his death provident fund amount setteld to my mothers s/b account in1998 itself.in the above refferd case offcial liqidator was appointed to settle the remaing amount. the part amount has been recived in two instalment to my mothers same s/b account. in this regard i wish to know can i get a share of my fathers entire amount gone to mothers account. what law suggest in this matter please advice.

In respect of retrenchment compensation and unpaid arrears or voluntary retirement benefits, all legal heir are entitled to an equal share. PF money is given only to nominee.
