Respected Sir,
I want to file a suit for partition. The market value of the property for which I am going to file a suit for partition is Rs.40,00,000/-(Rupees forty lakhs only). Sir, will you kindly tell me how much amount I have to pay towards court fees to file a suit for partition?

Dear Sir,
It depends upon each state with in India as to there Civil rules of practice Court Fees Act, usually to file a partition suit may be around Rs. 200 only /- .
Actual valuation of property to pay the respective court fees upon valuation usually comes to 10 percent of prescribed property value, Ok ?
