respected sir /mam
I am a student n i gt 2 do some reserch work n my case is all abont bouncing of cheque, Section : 138 of negotiable instrument act. case is dat dere r 4 cheques vich were bounced.. bt v made a plea dat acc to sec 219 of Cr.P.C. if more dan three offences of same kind r committed den dey cn b clubbed up .
bt i need 2 search fr some relevant case laws in support n against of our plea... wud u please suggest me dat which buk i shud preferably refer.
