Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Respected Sir,
i need a clarification which is meant very much necessary and urgent for myself to proceed further in relation to purchase of my proposed property. My question to you being "on the death of the principal whether the GPA been executed by him favouring his agent" is valid, if not, please provide with some latest precedents and the remedies?
