Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
respected sir.
it is my cobrother`s problem . mr.surendrakumar is my cobrother he has been coninued chit fund company from 2004. inwhich he has number of defaulders that is why he got 28 lakhs failure. in this situation some of them put the case in various police stations . like cheque bounce and cheeting like that. recently we have aproach the lawyer for insolvency petition. although polices are interested to put the case on him . in this position how we do save him . there is no long time please kindly suggest us immediatly

anticipatory bail
What are the cases against him and what role has been assigned to him in the those cases ? Please explain.
insolvency may absolve him in civil cases of recovery but as far as the criminal cases are concerned, it may be of little help. ask you lawyer to go for anticipatory bail in criminal cases.
