Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Respected Sir/Mam,
My date of birth in my 10th class CBSE certificate is wrong. Please let me know how can correct it legally so that I have my actual date of birth on my certificate.

File an Affidavit of oath at Hon'ble Magistrate Court in jurisdictional place of you're birth through a lawyer get it changed.
