Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
If the first respondent submits a set of documents(title deeds etc) to the petitioner in court, what happens to the set of documents when the petitioner passes away?

Dear Sir,
Any documents or petition filed along with the same shall goes to the court custody, no person have authorities, except the petitoners upon the application made to court can have this back, Ok ?, During pendency of any petitioners suit, if petitioner dies, then their successive heirs can run the said case.
