Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i am a retired govt.servent.i purchased a house from the housing board.i cleared the amount by Govt.loan and i pledged the house to the Govt.for the Loan.The loan amount has to be reccovered from my monthly salary.Due to my family circumstances i get some loan from a friend.He urged me some colostral security for the Loan amount.i got nothing to give.without any support i made one sale agreement before clearing the Govt.Loan on the above said house to him in Rs.10/ stamp paper.It is un regestered.After 13 years he is illegally occupied my house and claiming the enjoyment rights.He is millioner.He got muscler,Money,Men,Poytical powers.I am a poor dalit.There is no own house in history of my family during the past decades.I filed suit against him.I request technical advices in this matter.

you have all the rights in your house. Your friend cannot claim any right whatsoever on the basis of the agreement which he never got performed within three years. His possession is possession of trespasser. You may also file a criminal complaint for him to have entered in to your property without authority.
another thought, one cannot take the property of dalit if he him self is not dalit. Even if he paid the entire consideration the agreement is null and void.
