Implementation of government schemes are subject to challenge when there is non performance or neglect on the part of performance.

Dear Sir,

If any failure in performance of Government duty, or non- performing of Government schemes, then any public can bring a 'PIL' at high court or supreme court, for this no court fees shall be charged.
