Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
in a sale agreement of vacant house site, scribed as received consideration 9,oo,ooo rupees out of 9,50,ooo rupees on the date of execution of the agreement, the seller agreed to register the property when the buyer wants to register the same received the balance amount from the buyer. after 3 years 5 months the buyer got issued legal notice and filed a suit for specific performence in court. Is it legally valid? indan laws.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The suit is legally valid in court. Please confirm whether you have paid the balance consideration of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the seller so that the issue is amicably resolved.
