Sale deed cancellation, Sir, I had purchased a land from a GPA holder and registered it with sub registrar office, the same land was registered to some other person before my GPA, now the we have given a memorandam of understanding in the court and i have agreed to pay some amount to the First registerd party, now how much i should pay to the court to cancel the first sale deed of the first party .

in case you have compromised the matter, you need not pay anything in the court and you can also get your court fee back in case the mediator refers.
You may consult your local lawyer / real estate consultant in the local area and find out the court expense / fee involved for this purpose.
