sale of religios property
is property of a dharmshala can sale while said property constrect by a lady for stying pilgrims free and also mantion on lease deed (it can never sale nor transfer by contect no budy can earn by this property ) and that lady had no own chield one adopted son ( lady name mohri bibi who was a party of leading case mohri bibi v/s dharmodasghosh and son was bhagwandas ) this property awehl discount in hous tax also since long from municpil board mainsion free for religios use in record now sons of b.das not cear and try to transfer to other by registry in registry declaer privet haveli how can we stop the sale or reject the sale deed by law can i loge pil in any court for safty of this riligios propert if they can not maintain state gov. can take over for it what we can do and tell me about any advocate who can helps us in this work without fee we will pay all stamp and other nessesery court fee i have lease deed reg.in 1903,copy of sale deed made 2007 by dependent of bhagwan das ,copy of munispil record i want protect all religios property wiche now a days sales by mafiyas pls help in this

please contact some gud lawyer there in ur area and u will not get it for free.
otherwise you can complain about this to various authorities and copy to chief minister and primeminister etc
