Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i have send my 1 employee with some rupees in cash to make the payment to one of my creditor.the said employee tooks the money & goes to the said creditors office but due to lunch time the cash was not deposited at that time and thereafter the said employee returns back and fled away with the money. police has filed charge sheet u/s 408 ipc.i an having a policy for loss of money in transit and also extended to full infidility guarantee clause. now, the insurance co. repudated the claim saying the claim is not covered under the policy as no additional premium was paid for full infidility risk of cash carrying massenger.what will be the remedy
