Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
IF this service free of charge,
Myquestion is, How can I get out my brother ,who is occupying my share of property,left by our dead mother in a big house,also I ve two more brothers and one sister who doesnot care about this property ,if it doesnot come to them without spending money for legal aid or other wise,Im the only poor person ,I cannot spend money,I want to sell my share of the property,How can I do that. I ve no help what so ever.
