Dear Sir / Madam,

(Borivli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra)

It is surprising that although the Court has granted protection of your service, it is more than 12 years that you are still not taken on duty by the Company. Your first task should be to resume duty.

As long as you enjoy protection from Court, your employment has to continue, or else it will be deemed to be contempt of the order of Court. One needs to see the order of protection, before commenting - whether you are entitled to increment or not.
