Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

I had signed an agreement to sell my house in 2010 and took 5lakhs advance..the buyer post that is trying to create false pretense on issue of are being less and all and did not pay me till the due date. i cancelled the agreement however the harrasment continued and he started filing false police case. I took an AB and explained to the police team which stopped the police harrasment. now the buyer is trying to take a stay on my house without informing me. I came to know of his intesion from the high court website. I had asked him to take back his money two years back by signing the cancellation deed which he is not doing intetionally. what should be my response to such act? he in between also filed a case in consumer court and the same was dismissed

You give notice of cancelling the agreement and then ask him to take back the money. If he does not do so, then send the same by Cheque.
